Who we are

Puzzle Dots is published by ACSOTRA FİNANSAL DANIŞMANLIK YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ LTD. ŞTİ. ("Acsotra", "we", "us"), a company registered in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, Türkiye. By downloading or using Puzzle Dots you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Puzzle Dots is free to download and play. It works offline and does not require an account. On supported devices you may choose to sign in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) to use the leaderboard; that sign-in is provided by Apple or Google under their own terms, and the game is fully playable without it.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its purchases or advertising, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

In-app purchases

The app offers four optional purchases:

• Unlock All Levels — a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks every level.
• Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that permanently removes the app's advertisements.
• Hint Pack and Booster Pack — consumable items that are used up as you spend them.

Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. One-time purchases can be restored on a new install when you use the same store account. Consumable items are stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app or clear its data.

Advertising

Unless you buy Remove Ads, the app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before ads are personalised, and on iOS the system asks whether the app may track you. Where the consent choice applies, you can change it later from the app's settings; the iOS tracking choice can be changed in your device settings. How this works, and what data is involved, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Apple devices

If you downloaded Puzzle Dots from the App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in Puzzle Dots in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
