I paid for something and did not receive it

Open the in-app Store and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your purchase history with the App Store or Google Play and re-applies anything you already own. Restoring is free and works on any device signed in with the same store account you bought with.

If the purchase still does not appear, email us with the store receipt you received from Apple or Google and we will sort it out.

I reinstalled the app and my progress is gone

Level progress, stars, hints and boosters are stored on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes them, and they cannot be recovered afterwards. Purchases are the exception: those live with your store account and come back with Restore Purchases.

A level looks impossible

Connect every dot with one continuous line that never crosses itself, and finish on the highlighted end dot. If a level feels stuck, the usual cause is an early move that boxes off part of the board. Tap undo and try a different order, or spend a hint to reveal the next step.

Hints and boosters

You can earn hints by watching an optional rewarded video, or buy them in the Store. Hints point you at the next step; the path-reveal booster briefly shows the full solution. Neither is ever required to finish a level.

Removing ads

The Remove All Ads purchase is permanent and tied to your store account. It removes banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded videos stay available by choice, since they are how you earn free hints — they are never shown unless you ask for one.

Refunds

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them rather than us. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play order history. If a refund is denied and you believe it was a mistake, write to us and we will help where we can.

Privacy and data

Puzzle Dots does not require an account and does not collect your name or email address. What we do collect, and why, is described in the Privacy Policy.
